Our small group fitness classes create a comfortable environment that yields great results! Join our incredible community of individuals from all different fitness backgrounds. Fitness class environments can be intimidating but here at SHIFT Physical Therapy and Wellness we strive to make you feel comfortable and safe. Whether you are new to exercise or a fitness veteran, we want you to walk away feeling empowered, strong, and proud! Let’s make the SHIFT towards taking control of our health and fitness.
SHIFT exercise classes are unique in that they are instructed by a Physical Therapist Assistant. Physical therapy professionals are EXPERTS in movement meaning all activities can be progressed and modified on the spot! After all, we are all in different places in our health and wellness! Being able to modify and adapt on the spot ensures that everyone stays safe and continues to be effective in their workout. It also makes it safe for all individuals to participate whether you are experiencing pain or are looking for a workout class that is safe prenatal and postpartum.
Routines change every 6 weeks. This allows your muscle groups to keep guessing as to what’s next yielding greater results for you! It also allows you to be flexible in your schedule! We know that you are busy and as things come up with the kiddos, work, LIFE… having a 6 week commitment doesn’t seem as daunting! If you are ready to MAKE THE SHIFT, feel free to join us in the middle of a series (pending space availability).
Tuesdays Lower Body Strength 5:30am
LEG DAY is the best day! Get a awesome early morning burn and then go about the rest of your day feeling accomplished!
Tuesdays Youth/Teen Boxing 4pm
This class is great for ages 11 to 18. This class is great as a stand alone for exercise but also functions very well as a cross training option for your athlete. It is recommended for sanitary purposes for each child to have their own gloves and pads.
Tuesdays Full Body Strength 5:15pm
YES! This class is sure to hit multiple muscle groups for a full body burn! All fitness levels are perfect for this class.
Wednesdays Cardio Kickboxing 5:15pm
One of the most popular classes here at SHIFT. This class offers a great mix of boxing along with a circuit that really gets the heart rate up!
Thursdays Full Body Strength 10am
The perfect mid morning workout for the stay at home momma or night shift worker!
Fridays Upper Body Strength 5:30am
Pretty muscles!! Get a great upper body burn Friday mornings with your favorite fitness friends!
Small Group Fitness
Looking for something a little more intimate and specific to your goals? SHIFT offers small group (up to 3 people) training sessions. These session provide a more individualized approach to your workout while still allowing you the social time with friends.
YOUTH and TEEN Fitness Classes
Reach out to learn about our youth/teen exercise and strength training options. It’s important to keep our kids active and healthy. SHIFT provides a wide variety of options for individual and group classes for youth and teens.
