Individual Performance
Specific to YOU! This 1 on 1 training package focuses on increasing strength, mobility, power, agility, stability, and speed. Reach your goals while decreasing your risk for injury and staying in the game.
Partnered Performance.
Grab a friend, sibling, or teammate and train together! Partnered performance allows you to work together while still focusing on your individual needs as an athlete.
Small Group Performance.
Small group (4 athlete maximum) performance allows you to work with other athletes and take your competitive spirit to the next level.
Make the SHIFT: Sports Performance
Shift Physical Therapy and Wellness offers a unique opportunity for athletes to train under the guidance of healthcare professionals. As physical therapy professionals we bring an expertise to sports performance that will allow your athlete to thrive in their sport. Our youth and adolescent sports performance program focuses on strength, power, speed, mobility, agility, and stability. Programs are 2x/week for 8 weeks and can be completed during the season or off season.
